The Greenville Gun Club 5-Stand course presents
targets from 12 numbered traps which provide
crossing, incoming, tower, vertical, and running
rabbit targets. Targets are thrown as singles,
report pairs, or true doubles.

The 5-Stand course is set over the lower Skeet/Trap field. The
premise of the 5-Stand course is to present a greater target
variety in terms of height and direction than Skeet or Trap can
offer.

The hope is to provide action that you might encounter
while bird hunting.

As the name implies, the game is shot from five shooting
stands. Shooters fire at five targets from each station
according to a menu card in front of each stand. The menu
card contains the numbers of the traps used for that station.
The course consists of 25 targets and can be shot with one
box of shells. If you have extra shells, 2 shots can be taken at
the single targets.

After each shooter has fired at 5 targets, he or she moves to
the station to their right in a manner similar to Trap rotation.
You'll find a great group of people on the 5-Stand course. Join the fun!!!!

The following restrictions apply to the 5-Stand course:
- No shot size larger than 71/2
- No more than 2 rounds in the gun at any one time
The Greenville Gun Club is a private shooting facility requiring annual membership. See New Member Info for more information.
