If you are interested in membership with the Greenville Gun Club, please get on
our waiting list. Write a letter to the address below and include a phone, email address, your
mailing address and that you would like to be added to the waiting list. The Secretary will send
invitations for membership every few months from January to June of each year.

NOTE: When you send the letter to GGC to get onto the waiting list, DO NOT SEND copies of your CWP
or FBI background check. The gun club does not want to possess this level of personal information.
Effective immediately, if you send copies of this into the club, your request to be placed on the waiting
list will be declined.
When its your turn, you will receive the membership application packet from the Secretary. The steps
involved to become a member include will be fully explained in the packet sent to you. Here are the
high level items that must be completed to be approved for membership:
$100 application fee
$150 annual dues (prorated)
The membership application packet will have instructions on how to submit your application.
NOTE: FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY ON OUR WAITING LIST OR GET ON IT:
If you do not have a valid South Carolina CWP, then the GGC Board of Directors encourages you to
submit your FBI background check TO THE FBI when you get on the waiting list. This way, when we
send invitations, you'll have one piece of the process already ready to present. This continues to be a
major impediment for those in process.

- Application Form
- There are fees involved. The 2012 fee schedule is
$100 application fee
$150 annual dues (prorated)
- Passing a test based on GGC Range Safety Rules
- Safety Orientation Class
- Board Interview
- Background Check
- Board Approval
